Our food starts with great ingredients and care. We are proud to source organic Red Fife Wheat from Loiselle Family Farm in Saskatchewan as well as organic Sablé Wheat from Hillcrest Farm in the Cowichan Valley. We are enjoying working with both varieties and their subtleties in texture and flavour to produce distinctive and unique breads.
